I used these as a crunchy topping on a dark chocolate mousse and the candied peel against the 55% Belgian chocolate was spot on. The home compostable bag is a nice bonus too.

The balance between the candied orange and the rich 55% chocolate is spot-on, and I love that the bag is home compostable—no guilt at all.
