The toasted rice and biscuit crumb give it this amazing crunch that contrasts perfectly with the dense, cocoa-rich syrup base. I've already demolished one pack while working from home, and the crystallised ginger bits are a lovely sweet-sharp surprise at the end.

The ginger heat is properly there, not just a hint, and it cuts through the rich cocoa syrup really well. I’ve been nibbling on one square after dinner and the toasted rice gives it a lovely crunch against the soft, fudgy base—six boxes won’t last me long.
