The chocolate is perfectly balanced at 55% – rich but not cloying – and the fact that the whole bag is vegan and home-compostable makes this feel guilt-free in more ways than one.
The salt crystals are the perfect crunch against that smooth 55% Belgian chocolate, and I love that the whole bag is compostable. Hand-piped and hand-made—you really taste the care.
They're decent but a bit fragile—more than a few discs arrived cracked despite the packaging. The 55% Belgian chocolate is nice, but the salt topping is inconsistent from piece to piece.
