The 55% chocolate is rich without being heavy, and the Maldon salt flakes give it that perfect sweet-salty punch. I’ve already eaten half the bag in one sitting—the snap on each disc is so satisfying.
The texture is spot on—the discs snap cleanly and the salt crystals hit right after the chocolate melts. I’ve already finished the 85g bag in two sittings, which says everything about how moreish these are.
The Maldon salt on top really balances the sweetness of the 55% Belgian chocolate perfectly—I finished half the bag in one sitting. Even better that it's vegan and gluten-free, so I can share with friends who have dietary restrictions.
