I was skeptical about freeze-dried raspberries on chocolate, but the tart crunch pairs perfectly with the smooth 55% Belgian base. The home compostable packaging was a nice bonus for the office too.
The 55% Belgian chocolate is beautifully smooth, and the hand-piped discs feel like a real treat. I also appreciate that the packaging is home compostable.
The freeze-dried raspberries add a nice tart crunch against the smooth Belgian chocolate. I’ve been using these as a quick vegan treat after lunch.
