The metal tin really sold me — it's sturdy enough that I'll definitely reuse it for storing odds and ends once the chocolate's gone. The ginger pieces are thick and chewy, and the 55% dark coating balances the sweetness perfectly.
The tin is so pretty I’ve already repurposed it for my desk, and the chocolate’s got that proper 55% bitter bite that balances the sticky ginger perfectly. Vegan and gluten-free, but you’d never guess it from the taste—these little cubes are dangerously moreish.
