The toasted rice gives it a nice little crunch against the gooey date and walnut filling, and the 55% Belgian chocolate coating is rich without being too sweet.

The 55% Belgian chocolate coating is rich without being overly sweet, and the walnut chunks on top add a good crunch. I just wish the date pieces were a bit more evenly distributed throughout the bar.
