Broke it into pieces to share with the kids, and honestly the crunch of that 55% Belgian chocolate against the soft marshmallows is the perfect combo. It’s 100g so decent for the price, and I love that it’s vegan and gluten-free without tasting like it.
The freeze-dried raspberries on top are such a nice tart contrast to the thick Belgian chocolate, and it’s genuinely huge for the price. We smashed it between four of us and still had leftovers, which never happens with dessert.
I’ve never seen a chocolate this big in person—it’s proper hefty and the freeze-dried raspberries give it a sharp little crunch against the smooth Belgian chocolate. The marshmallows are soft and chewy, so you get a mix of textures in every bite. One disc lasted me a whole week of sneaking squares,
