The peppermint oil hits right up front but mellows into the cocoa and Belgian chocolate beautifully. That 55% coating is just rich enough without being overwhelming, and the biscuit crumb keeps it interesting all the way through.

The toasted rice and biscuit crumb give it this lovely crunch that plays off the smooth Belgian chocolate coating really well. Peppermint comes through clean without being overpowering, and the 55% cocoa keeps it from feeling too sweet. Already ordering another box.
