The freeze-dried raspberries add such a bright, tart pop against that smooth 55% Belgian chocolate—it's a perfect balance. I love that the whole thing is vegan and the bag breaks down in my compost bin, so I don't feel guilty about finishing the whole 85g in two sittings.
The chocolate is properly thick and rich, and the raspberry crunch hits right after it melts—perfect balance of tart and sweet. The home compostable bag is a nice touch too; it actually feels sturdy, not flimsy like some eco-packaging. I've already ordered another one.
The freeze-dried raspberries give these discs a proper tangy crunch against the smooth Belgian chocolate, and the 85g bag lasted me four sittings if I showed restraint. I love that the packaging breaks down in my compost bin, which makes the indulgence feel a little less guilty.
