The 55% Belgian chocolate is rich without being cloying, and the crystallised ginger gives it a proper kick that lasts. I grabbed a bag for the office and it was gone by Tuesday—the compostable packaging is a nice touch too.
The stem ginger inside is properly crystallised — chewy, fiery, and a great contrast to the smooth 55% Belgian chocolate. I've already finished one bag in two sittings, and the home compostable packaging is a nice touch for guilt-free snacking.
