I wasn't expecting the powder to be this fine and silky, it dissolves into hot milk with barely any clumps. The 200g bag is a solid size too, and knowing it's fairtrade makes the rich chocolate smell even better.

Perfectly dark and rich without any bitterness, and the smell alone makes me want to bake something every time I open the bag. The Fairtrade and vegan labels matter to me, and knowing it’s sustainably packed just makes the chocolate taste even better.

The Fairtrade certification sealed it for me—knowing the farmers get a fair cut makes the rich, chocolatey smell even better. I've already used half the 200g bag in a week, it's that good for baking and hot cocoa.
