The ginger gives a proper warm kick against the smooth 55% dark chocolate, and the discs are hand-piped so each one looks a bit different. I've been nibbling them straight from the bag after dinner, and the candied peel adds just the right chew.
The candied orange peel stays soft and chewy against the snappy chocolate, and the ginger gives just enough heat at the end. I’ve already finished one whole bag by myself, they’re dangerously easy to snack on.
The 55% Belgian chocolate is rich without being heavy, and the candied orange peel adds just the right amount of chew. The ginger warmth lingers nicely after each disc, which makes them dangerously easy to finish. Hand-piped means they look almost too pretty to eat, but I got over that quickly.
