The toasted rice gives it this addictive crunch that cuts through the gooey cocoa syrup perfectly, and the walnut chunk on top is a generous finish. I've already polished off two bars this week—each one feels like a proper treat rather than just a snack.
The 55% Belgian chocolate coating is beautifully balanced, not too sweet, and the walnut chunk on top gives it a nice crunch against the gooey date filling. I've already ordered another box, these are dangerously moreish.
