The toasted rice and biscuit crumb give it this amazing crunch that contrasts perfectly with the dense, cocoa-rich syrup base. I've already demolished one pack while working from home, and the crystallised ginger bits are a lovely sweet-sharp surprise at the end.
The ginger heat is properly there, not just a hint, and it cuts through the rich cocoa syrup really well. I’ve been nibbling on one square after dinner and the toasted rice gives it a lovely crunch against the soft, fudgy base—six boxes won’t last me long.
The texture is what got me—the toasted rice and biscuit crumb give it this lovely crunch that melts into the cocoa-rich syrup. Ground ginger comes through warm and spicy without overpowering the sweetness, and the crystallised bits are a nice bonus. Definitely my new go-to when I need something rich
