I was pleasantly surprised by how strong the peppermint comes throughβit's a genuine oil, not just a hint. The 55% Belgian chocolate is rich enough to stand up to it without being too sweet. Perfect little treat with my afternoon tea.
The peppermint oil gives these discs a clean, refreshing kick that doesn't overpower the smooth Belgian chocolate. Love that the tin is sturdy enough to reuse for storing other bits and pieces.
The reusable tin is a nice touch, though I wish it were a bit larger to hold more discs. The 55% Belgian chocolate has a smooth melt and the peppermint is strong but not overpowering.
