Extra Thick Hot Chocolate Tin

I was skeptical about a vegan hot chocolate being this indulgent, but stirring it slowly on the hob really does create that thick, pudding-like texture. The gluten-free aspect was a bonus since my sister has celiac, and we both kept going back for another mug.

The slow stir on the hob is worth every minute—it turns into this dense, almost pudding-like cup that actually coats the spoon. I made it for dessert guests and nobody believed it was vegan and gluten-free.
