If a ginger nut and a brownie had a baby, we’re pretty sure it would taste something like this! A cocoa-rich syrup base filled with toasted rice, biscuit crumb, ground ginger and chunks of crystallised ginger before being coated in a 55% Belgian chocolate and topped with candied ginger.
