If a ginger nut and a brownie had a baby, we’re pretty sure it would taste something like this! A cocoa-rich syrup base filled with toasted rice, biscuit crumb, ground ginger and chunks of crystallised ginger, all coated in a 55% Belgian chocolate and topped with candied ginger.

Hand-made in Goudhurst, Kent. Each box contains 180g of Goupie (size of piece may vary as they are hand-cut) and is packaged in completely compostable packaging.
