There’s something really satisfying about having 40 individual lemon meringue pieces ready to go — each one’s vacuum-packed so they stay fresh, and the compostable bag is a nice touch for when I’m selling them at the market. The little card box keeps everything neat on the shelf, too.
The compostable bag and card box are a nice touch—everything arrived neatly sealed and ready to hand out. I grabbed a pack for the shop counter and they’ve been flying off the shelf, the meringue’s crunch holds up surprisingly well in the vacuum pack.
The individual packs are perfect for sharing with the team without anyone arguing over the last one, and they stayed fresh right up to the end. I’ve already gone through two boxes this month and the lemon flavor is spot on.
