The crystallised ginger gives the perfect chew against that 55% Belgian chocolate snap—I finished the 85g bag in two sittings, which says it all. Even the packaging felt thoughtful, breaking down in my compost bin without a second thought.
The little compostable bag is a nice touch, and the chocolate-to-ginger ratio is spot on—sweet but with that proper heat kick at the end. I've already eaten half the 85g pack in one sitting, it's dangerously moreish.
