Crunching on these straight from the bag is dangerously easy—the roast is deep and even, not a single pale one in the 200g pack. They hold up great in baking too, stayed crisp through a batch of brownies.
Opened the bag and the roast aroma hit me immediately — these are properly roasted, not pale and bland like supermarket ones. I’ve been snacking on them straight from the 200g pack and they’re still crunchy and fresh days later.
The 200g bag is just the right size for baking my weekend banana bread, and the nuts stayed crunchy even after I chopped them. The vegan-friendly part is a bonus since my sister has dietary restrictions, and these made her dessert feel special.
