The chocolate is a proper 55% dark, which balances the sugary mint cake perfectly—I finished the whole 100g bag in one sitting. It's surprisingly moreish for something that's vegan and gluten-free, and the hand-made texture really comes through.

The chocolate coating is rich and smooth, and the mint cake inside has that proper crystalline crunch you only get from the real Kendal stuff. I’ve already finished half the bag in one sitting, which says everything about how good these are.

The compostable bag is a nice touch, and the 55% Belgian chocolate is rich enough to balance the minty cake without overpowering it. I grabbed a bar for a hike and it held up perfectly in my pocket, no melting mess.
