The chocolate snaps with a satisfying crack before melting into that deep 55% cocoa richness, and the Maldon salt hits just right to balance it all. I've already ordered a second tin because one box somehow vanished in three days.

The reusable tin is a nice touch, but honestly the chocolate itself stole the show—that 55% Belgian base melts so smoothly and the salt crystals give it just the right crunch. My only struggle is keeping the tin on the shelf instead of next to the sofa.

The maldon salt on top really balances the 55% chocolate perfectly—not too sweet, not too bitter. I’ve already polished off one 50g tin in two sittings; the hand-piped discs melt far slower than I expected, which makes them feel decadent. Definitely ordering another batch.
