The crystallised ginger gives a nice little kick that cuts through the sweetness of the orange peel perfectly, and I love that they're vegan and gluten-free without sacrificing taste.
The 55% Belgian chocolate is rich without being overpowering, and the candied orange peel adds a nice chewy texture. I just wish there were a few more ginger pieces in some discs, but the overall flavor balance is great.
