The toasted rice and ground almonds give it a lovely crunch against the creamy white chocolate, and the lavender floral notes are perfectly balanced. Really nice vegan treat.
The white chocolate coating is creamy without being too heavy, and the candied lavender petals on top add a nice little crunch. I was worried the floral taste might be overpowering, but it's actually quite subtle and balanced. A solid choice if you’re looking for something different from the usual sweet treats.
