I was a bit worried the beetroot powder might taste earthy, but it blends perfectly with the raspberry extract and toasted rice. The freeze-dried raspberries on top add a nice tart crunch against the creamy white chocolate.
The white chocolate topping with freeze-dried raspberries is such a nice crunchy contrast to the chewy base. Really bright, fruity flavor without being too sweet—perfect for a snack.
The toasted rice and ground almonds give it a nice crunch, and the white chocolate paired with freeze-dried raspberries tastes incredibly fresh. Perfectly balanced sweetness.
