Half a disc was enough for me—the 55% Belgian chocolate melts slowly and the lavendin oil comes through as a gentle, calming finish. Packaged sustainably and vegan-friendly, which is a nice bonus for how decadent these taste.
I was a bit worried the lavender would be overpowering, but the lavendin essential oil is so subtle it just lifts the 55% Belgian chocolate. The discs are hand-piped beautifully and melt slowly, which makes the whole 85g bag feel like a proper treat.
The 55% Belgian chocolate has that rich, proper snap when you bite into it, and the lavender oil is subtle enough not to taste like soap. I keep the bag on my desk and one disc after lunch is exactly the right amount of sweetness.
