That chocolate-to-lemon ratio is spot on, 55% Belgian gives it a proper snap before you hit the chewy, tangy peel inside. The home compostable bag is a nice touch, and the whole 85g pack was gone in two sittings.
The chocolate snaps just right, and the candied peel underneath has a nice chewy bite that balances the sweetness. Glad it’s vegan and gluten-free, plus the compostable bag feels thoughtful. I’ve already finished the 85g pack in two sittings, which says everything.
The candied peel has that perfect chew that gives way to the smooth chocolate melting—honestly dangerous how fast I finished the bag. Even better that the packaging breaks down in compost, so I don't feel guilty about the second one I just ordered.
