The candied peel inside has this amazing chewy texture that contrasts perfectly with the smooth Belgian chocolate. I've been rationing the tin for a week and it's still as fresh as day one.
The chocolate shell snaps nicely and the chewy lemon centre balances the sweetness perfectly. It arrived in a sturdy little tin that I'll definitely reuse for buttons or spices.
