Limited Edition: Coconut

I was a little skeptical about the toasted rice in a candy, but it adds such a fantastic crunch against the creamy coconut and caramel. The whole thing is dangerously moreish—the bag didn't last a day. So glad I grabbed it before the batches run out.

The toasted rice gives it this brilliant crunch that keeps me grabbing another piece, and the caramel-to-coconut ratio is spot on. I've already polished off half the bag in one sitting, it's that dangerous.

The creamed coconut is so rich and smooth, and that caramel really pulls it all together—I ate half the bag in one sitting. Gluten-free and vegan, but you'd never guess it from the taste. Wish I'd ordered more before they sell out.
