The mint cake inside has that classic crumbly texture I remember, and the 55% chocolate coating is just rich enough without being overwhelming. Plus the compostable packaging is a nice touch for guilt-free snacking.

The 55% Belgian chocolate coating is rich without being too sweet, and the mint center stays pleasantly firm. My only small gripe is the compostable bag doesn't reseal, so I had to transfer them to a jar.
