The marshmallow layer stays perfectly squishy under that 55% chocolate coating, and the chewy base gives it a nice contrast. I grabbed a box for a vegan friend and she couldn’t believe they were gluten free too. Already ordered another six pack.
I’ve been through three boxes already and the 55% chocolate coating is just thick enough to crack nicely before you hit the chewy layer underneath. The marshmallow stays soft for days, which is rare for a vegan treat. Perfect for a lunchtime sugar hit that doesn’t feel like a brick.
The marshmallow layer is properly squishy, not like the rubbery stuff you get in cheap bars, and the chewy chocolate base underneath balances it perfectly. I've already eaten two packs in a week, which says everything about how moreish they are.
