First bite and I was genuinely surprised how the chewy base balances the squishy marshmallow—the 55% chocolate coating pulls it all together without being too sweet. They're vegan and gluten-free but you'd never guess it, and the packet was gone in two sittings.
The marshmallow layer is properly squishy, not like those stale supermarket ones, and that chewy chocolate base underneath makes every bite last longer than it should. Wrapped in the 55% coating it's rich without being heavy, and knowing it’s vegan and hand-made just makes me feel less guilty about
